This Privacy Policy describes how Ivertiq Pte. Ltd. (“Ivertiq,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with ivertiq.com, ivertiq.ai, ivertiq.tech, and related contact forms (the “Sites”). It is intended for website visitors and prospective customers, partners, and investors. It is not a substitute for customer contract terms that govern deployed products.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

Contact details you submit — name, email, organization, interest area, and message content via the contact form or email.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/OS hints, referring URL, and pages viewed, if we enable standard web analytics or hosting logs.
Communications — records of email or meeting follow-ups you choose to have with us.

On the live Sites we may use Plausible Analytics (privacy-oriented, cookieless by default) to understand aggregate page views and referrals. Plausible is configured for ivertiq.com and does not load on local preview hosts. See Plausible’s data policy.

We do not ask the public Sites to upload regulated dossiers, forensic evidence, or ERP extracts. Do not submit confidential personal data, patient data, or evidence materials through the public contact form.

Send follow-up information you request (we do not use the form for bulk marketing lists without a clear opt-in)

Ivertiq is based in Singapore. Service providers or recipients may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards.

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business, security, and legal retention periods, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a marketing website and inbound inquiry flow. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you from the Sites, or object to certain processing. Email hello@ivertiq.com. You may also stop further email by replying to any message we send.

9. Children

The Sites are directed to business audiences and are not intended for children under 16.

10. Product deployments

When Ivertiq software runs in a customer environment, processing of customer content is governed by the customer agreement and the customer’s instructions — not solely by this website Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions.
