Ivertiq was founded as a spin-off from a technology group with over 30 years of experience in hardware, software, and systems engineering. That heritage informs how we design for high-assurance environments — with technical discipline and operational rigor, not slideware AI.
The platform, defined
An Optimized Sovereign Full-Stack AI Harness Platform for Regulated Verticals:
- Optimized — best-fit, post-trained language models and inference-compute optimization so useful agent workloads fit on-prem and private-cloud hardware.
- Sovereign — total localization on-prem or private cloud; core regulated corporate data and operational systems do not depend on public LLM APIs.
- Full-Stack — models, knowledge engine, agentic layer, and vertical applications jointly optimized as one system.
- AI Harness — provenance, auditability, and determinism in the control plane, with policy, validation rules, and human gates over the agentic layer.
- Regulated Verticals — environments that require determinism, provenance, auditability, sovereignty, security, and human-in-the-loop inside rigid workflows.
Our focus
We do not build horizontal office chat. We build for environments where AI outputs can affect quality systems, regulatory filings, forensic evidence, or confidential operational records — and where those six requirements are non-negotiable:
- Determinism — critical gates that are rule-based, testable, and reproducible
- Provenance — source-linked recommendations with pack and model/version context
- Auditability — reconstructible decision and reviewer logs
- Sovereignty — data and models inside customer-approved boundaries
- Security — confidentiality-first architecture without public LLM APIs for core corporate data
- Human-in-the-loop — accountable experts approve before controlled actions
Beachheads today: life sciences (forensic LC-MS review as current proof; CRO and MAH as peer modules) and sovereignty-sensitive enterprise operations on existing ERP.
